郁怡Call 我需要緊急的幫忙做巧克力草莓!

Yu-I called me last night said she needed help to make the strawberry chocolate.

她之前自己試了一次, 溫度太高, 把巧克力溶化成硬塊. 右前一天洗了草莓, 結果洗過的那些草莓都變得醜醜爛爛的! 唉! Melinda to rescue!

She did it one time, had the temperture too high and burn the chocolate. and she washed the strawberries the night before and didn't dried the strawberries after washed and now she had bunch of bad strawberries.... So she called Melinda for rescue!

要融化巧克力, 第一要將巧克力塊切成小小的, 以利融化; 第二, 用小鍋子將水加熱, 於滾燙後, 熄火, 將巧克力塊至於另外的盆子裡, 將盆子至於其中有滾水的鍋子上, 隔水加熱!! 千萬要有耐心, 慢慢的, 巧克力就融化了, 可用Spatula或木頭湯齒矯辦一下, 家數融化的速度!

To melt the chocolate, first of all, chopped the chocoate in small pieces for easily melting.

Heat a pot of hot water, turn off the heat, place the chopped chocolate on a plate, place the plate on the top of the pot. Heat the chocolate indirectly. Be patience! the cocolate will melt slowly, gradualy. You may use the spetula or wooden spoon to stir it up to speed up the melting process.

關於草莓, 不可用水洗, 用乾淨的布巾小心的插乾淨!  About strawberries, do not wash with water.... Use a clean kitchen towl wipe it clean.

再來, 就是Fun part! Dip Strawberry in the melted chocolate and place it in a sheet pan to let it cool!

Then, it is the fun part..... Dipping the strawberries on the choclate.

Pictures are showm Yu-I pretend she was the one making all the dessert. Haha! Nate is having a great time licking the chocolate out of the spatula. In between, they are chowing down some of the finish products.

Melting chocolate is not hard at all....
