每天一大早

菲利浦媽媽起床得第一件事便是準備小菲利浦們的午餐盒

星期五----- 一樣以如往常的準備好了

碎碎念小朋友們拿好餐盒, 穿好外套...........出門囉!

Everymorning the first thing to do after get up is making sure the kids are having breakfast and also preparing the lunch boxes. Eddie was goofing around Friday morning. Reminding them, lunch boxes, back pack, socks on, shoes on....then head to school

下課接他們回到家

Eddie 很無所謂的地給我一張老師給的字條

是Eddie沒有帶午餐盒, 學校必須準備午餐給他吃, 欠五塊美金的午餐費的字條

Picked them up from school afternoon, Eddie handed me a note from his teacher like nothing happened......A note of owing the school $5 because they prepared hot lunch for him.

我說:　Eddie, where were your lunch box? (Eddie, 你的午餐盒跑到哪兒去啦!)

他說: I don't know! (不知道!)

這時他還是嬉皮笑臉, 無所謂的樣子. 我想好小子, 我你老媽子真要讓你嚐一嚐不付責任的下場   At this time, he still act like nothing serious.....I think I will need to let you know that is wrong not taking his own responsibility.

我說: Eddie, I packed your lunch this morning. (Eddie, 我早上有準備你的午餐ㄜ)

他說: You forgot to put it in my backpack. (你忘記放到我的背包裡頭了)

厚! 聽了火氣真的有給他起了來

我說: Eddie, I pack your lunch and that is your job to bring it to school. And I had reminded you more then three times this morning, and you still forgot. What happened? Now you owe school $5 dollars. I don't have $5 dollars. You need to make your own $5 to pay it back to school. We  are not that rich and don't have that many $5 dollars for your disresponsibility. I am very disappointed of you. (Eddie, 我準備你的午餐盒, 你負責放進你的背包帶去學校, 而且今天早上我記得提醒你有三次, 你仍忘記了. 怎麼回事呀? 現在你欠學校五元, 我沒有五元, 你自己要去賺五元來還給學校> 再者, 我們沒有那麼有錢能有那麼多的五元來付你的不負責任的行為. 我對你真的很失望)

他老兄鼻子摸摸. 我的氣也差不多要消了 / He looked at me and looked around in the roon

幾分鐘後< 他拿來了一塊錢給我 / Few minutes later, he handed me a dollar saying that he found it on the floor. (lucky you!)

我跟他說< 這不夠哦!!! / I told him this is not enough

他又轉向哥哥, 兩人嘰嘰簇簇的了一下子 / He then turned around, chatting with Nate for a little while, then Nate said:

然後哥哥代表弟弟說: Mama, I have $1.50 in my check book and Eddie had $2.50 in his, that will be $4 to pay for the rest. (媽媽, 我的不子裡有$1.50元, Eddie有$2.50, 共$4元可以付清)

我問他你真是願意幫弟弟付這一樣債務, 他點點頭/ I confirmed with him....really want to help his little brother to pay his debt? He nodded.

我轉向EDDIE< 跟他說要謝謝哥哥幫他付清債務/ Then I turned to Eddie to Thank his brother helping him out get out of the debt.

小孩子真是人小鬼大< 常會出奇招!  what can I say, kids do the darnest thing sometimes.
